The products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective, damaged, received incorrect items or product not as described. To expedite the return process, we kindly request that you provide a clear video showcasing the damage or defect. This video will help us assess the issue quickly and accurately, allowing us to process your return efficiently. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:
Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Product is used or altered by customer
If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

How do I initiate a return?
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Product Not as Described: If a product you receive is not as described on our website, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

We will initiate a return pick-up according to the Return Policy and refund the order value once the product is received back and verified.
How long does the return process take?
Pick-up of the product will be done within 5-7 days of you raising a return request. Please keep the product ready and our delivery partner will arrive for pick-up with necessary documentation.
When will I receive my refund?
In case of return request for orders already delivered, refund will be initiated after the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products are verified.
Within 7-10 business days from the day of initiating the refund, you should receive a refund via the initial method of payment used to place the order. For COD orders, please mention your bank account details for crediting the refund amount.
Do I have an option to replace a product?
No, currently you can only return but not replace. You may place a fresh order for the products you need.
Order cancellation and refund
- You can only apply for an order cancellation in case of delayed delivery (if delayed more than 15 working days) or damaged product.
- You cannot make changes in delivery address and other data after confirming your order.
- Refunds are not available once the order is completed.
- We do not offer order cancellation
- Delivery accepted only in India.
